This company is amazing! Wonderful communication and service. Chris was on time and provided excellent service. He was able to explain everything fully and help/teach us how to train the dogs with the fence. The dogs loved him and so did we. It was fairly priced and outstanding service. The fence was cut while we were working in the yard and Chris came the next day to repair the fence. He is an amazing person with a wonderful business! Thank you Chris!!

This company saved our dog! We were faced with the reality of having to get rid of our rescue dog because she kept getting out and would bark/growl at and chase neighbors home. We became the most hated family in the neighborhood! Within 2 days of this invisible fence being installed, our lab-mix was completely trained and no longer leaves the property. If i would have known it was this easy, I would have called sooner! Thanks DogWatch!

I have waited a while to ensure the product worked the way I had hoped it would. I have two dogs, a german shepherd and a entlbucher. The DogWatch fence was the ONLY "smart" fence that would give me real time feedback about my dogs behaviors and if they challenged the border. This was very important for me to know the effectiveness of the fence when I am not home. I called other electronic fences and non of them had this feature. I am very happy with the fence. [DogWatch] came by and was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He was super responsive when we had questions. I have had the fence for almost two months now and the dogs have not gotten out since installing the fence. The used to leave our yard (completely fenced) at least once a week and I had no idea how they were getting out. Now feel comfortable knowing they are secure in our yard.

I have dealt with DogWatch of San Diego off and on over the past 18+ months and I cannot say enough positive things about the personnel and the product they provide. Chris has been a pleasure to work with. He is responsive to your individual requirements, always is prompt in returning calls and is courteous and efficient while working. I live on 5 acres in La Cresta Highlands of rural Riverside County and the DogWatch electronic fence quickly curtailed my 2 dogs penchant for chasing coyotes. When a contractor doing work for me accidentally cut the wire, Chris was out the same day of my call and made the repair. If your looking into this type of a system to protect your dogs I would highly recommend DogWatch of San Diego

Worth the Investment!
We love the freedom we have with our Dogwatch fence! We don't have to worry about our dog going to the off limit areas of the yard. We love it so much we added indoor barriers as well. Our dog only had to get one correction & he never went near the off limits areas again. I thought it would take weeks to train him but it was so easy. Now he responds to the audible warning beep & moves away from the area. Chris did a great job showing us how everything worked & even came out the day after my husband broke the wire by accident to do the repair. I highly recommend Dogwatch, best investment I've made to keep my pets safe!

I purchased a BT-7 bark collar on Monday from Chris and it’s changed our lives! Our small dog “Samson” is about as loud and obnoxious as a train. Hey constantly barks at the slightest sound he hears and every time we walk out the door. My wife works from home several days a week and couldn't handle the noise while conducting business on the phone. Those days are over thanks to the BT-7 Bark Collar. He is a different dog with the collar on. I couldn’t recommend this product enough not to mention the great customer service from the new owner Chris. Thanks for the prompt and professional service.

We rescued three husky/pitties. Immediately, we discovered that they were escape artists causing us grave concern for their safety/welfare. We live in the desert, the night is not friendly to domesticated dogs. We tried everything to keep them inside our gated acreage. I was leery of how an invisible fence was going to halt this escape behavior, particularly for such a large yard, and 3 rambunctious strong dogs.
From my first interaction with Dogwatch, I was touched by the care and consideration. The invisible fence itself, changed our lives. All escapism ceased immediately. The fence is powerful and effective, and indeed ... Invisible. One of our dogs died from injuries sustained following a "random escape.". This invisible fence is priceless and we are grateful for the ultimate yet elegant solution to a truly frightening and overwhelming issue. Our dogs are our true fur babies. Our experience with the service and support from this office has been exemplary and expedient. We are completely impressed with the product, the service and the people providing the solution.

I received an indoor boundary from Chris for my 120 pound German Shepherd to keep him out of the kitchen and I could not be more pleased with how effective and easy it is. There is not a physical cage that can keep my adorable beast from getting what he wants when no one is looking but the indoor boundary is maintenance free, invisible to me and doggo won't even consider coming into the kitchen anymore. It protects him from himself and requires nothing from me. Chris was professional, courteous, he helped me to condition the dog on site. He was punctual and the whole process from start to finish took maybe an hour. I could not be more pleased with this solution or the exceptional customer service from Chris I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves their pet and want to keep them safe from themselves.
